1. Introduction
Upproofway is a global crowdfunding platform that allows individuals to raise money for legitimate personal,
medical, business, emergency, and social needs by launching verified fundraising campaigns.
2. Eligibility
- Campaign Creators You must be at least 18 years old to create a campaign. If you are creating a campaign on behalf of a business,
charity, or organization, you must be authorized to act on behalf of that entity.
3. Account Registration
- You must provide your full legal name, valid email address, and a secure password.
- You agree to receive emails, notices, and updates regarding your campaign and platform activity.
4. Campaign Verification
Before your campaign goes live, you must complete a mandatory verification process, including:
- Full Name
- Government-issued ID (passport, driver's license, etc.)
- SSN (U.S. residents only)
- Address verification
- A video holding your ID and stating your campaign reason
- Campaign Verification Form (provided after registration)
- Supporting documents (bills, legal docs, etc.)
Failure to complete verification will result in campaign rejection.
5. Donations
- Donations can be made from $100 up to $1,000,000+
- Upproofway does not guarantee donations or success of campaigns
- Donations are voluntary and non-refundable unless deemed fraudulent by Upproofway
6.Funds Distribution
- Withdrawals can be requested once the campaign reaches 50% or more of its goal
- Campaigners must link a valid bank account (in any of 150+ supported countries)
- Withdrawals are processed within 3–5 business days
- Upproofway retains 10% of the total raised amount as a service and processing fee
7. Prohibited Campaigns
You may not use Upproofway for:
- Fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading campaigns
- Money laundering, terrorism, or illegal activity
- Investment or equity-based campaigns
- Drugs, weapons, adult content, gambling
- Hate speech or campaigns promoting violence
8. Fraud & Abuse
Upproofway reserves the right to:
- Investigate suspicious activity
- Remove or suspend any account or campaign
- Report criminal activity to the proper authorities
- Reclaim or withhold disbursement of funds
9. Restrictions and Prohibited Uses
By using our platform, you agree not to
- Engage in fraudulent, illegal, or unethical activities.
- Post misleading, deceptive, or inaccurate information.
- Use the platform to solicit donations for personal benefit without a legitimate cause or project.
- Violate any laws or regulations governing your fundraising efforts, including but not limited to tax laws, charity registration laws, or donor protection laws.
9. Termination and Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any campaign or account that violates these Terms and Conditions.
If we suspend or terminate your account, you will be notified and may appeal the decision in writing.
10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
By using our platform, you agree not to

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Upproofway is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform,
including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or reputational harm.
12. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you by posting a prominent notice on our website.
Your continued use of our platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
